If you plan to go fishing in Mexico, by land or by sea, you are now required to pickup a visa for about $21. In addition you need a fishing permit (about $11 or $45 annual). The visa can be acquired at the Mexican land border points of entry, or by sea at the Port of Ensenada’s port of entry.
